Devenports Estate Agency is a vibrant, independent firm serving Hampton, Teddington, and the surrounding area. They approached us at b:web before launching their first branch, seeking a partner to help them shake up the traditional estate agency model. Fast forward three years, and Devenports is thriving, with their fourth branch on the horizon.
We developed a high-end, image-led website that not only set them apart from competitors but also provided a seamless user experience. Our goal was to deliver a digital platform that felt more boutique than corporate, with clean, modern design elements that highlighted their properties. Large, high-quality images and video are used throughout to engage visitors, while the design remains sleek and uncluttered, allowing the properties to take centre stage.
Leveraging the latest web technologies, we integrated a live property feed, ensuring real-time updates across major platforms like Rightmove. The website also features an interactive map displaying current and sold listings, helping Devenports demonstrate their local expertise.
Key to any estate agency website is the property feed, we integrated the website with the Reapit API. This allows their properties to be automatically updated across their website and major portals like Rightmove and Zoopla. The property pages are dynamic, with details such as pricing, descriptions, and key features automatically populated. Users can explore detailed photo galleries, download brochures. We have included smart filters and help with the property uploads to Reapit to ensure all properties are loaded correctly and optimised.
Using a tailored local SEO strategy we structured and optimised the website for key search terms ensuring they rank well in local search results. By implementing structured data, and focusing on hyper-local content, we’ve helped Devenports attract high-quality traffic from vendors and buyers alike.
Well placed calls to action and strategically designed lead capture forms, making it easy for users to book valuations or request viewings directly through the website. Regular market updates are sent via email to leads that have registered via the website. We integrated a CRM system directly into the website, allowing Devenports to store and manage every lead that comes through.
