Website Design Brief

Services: website design, SEO, interactive forms, branding

Poolearth Healthcare operates a group of 8 pharmacies across Plymouth, Newton Abbot, and Torquay, catering to the diverse health needs of the local community. Previously, each location had its own separate brand and website, resulting in a disjointed online presence.

Website Design & Branding

We started by creating a new logo from scratch, using the chosen colours as the foundation for the website’s colour palette. The new website was designed to be both visually appealing and fully responsive, ensuring it worked seamlessly on smartphones as well as desktop computers. To achieve this, we used soft, round-cornered panels that stack neatly on mobile displays

Additionally, we integrated a user-friendly content management system, enabling even untrained pharmacy staff to make quick updates. The website also features eCommerce integration and a team portal, allowing staff to view rotas and access important company documents effortlessly.

Local SEO

We developed a website with a robust local SEO strategy, tailored to make each of their eight locations easily discoverable online. We incorporated location-specific keywords and created individual pages for each branch, complete with Google Maps integration for easy navigation. To enhance visibility, we set up and optimised Google Places listings for all locations, ensuring accurate information like opening hours was readily available. We also featured customer reviews prominently on each location page to build trust and credibility.

Testimonial

“I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. Our previously disconnected set of websites with varying branding has now been seamlessly unified under one recognizable umbrella brand – Poolearth Healthcare. I was initially concerned about how we would manage the rebrand and the redirection of all the websites, but Zoe and her team handled it effortlessly. It’s hard to even remember what we had before now!”
