You know SEO matters. You’ve logged into Google Analytics. You’ve looked at ranking tools. But you’re still not sure what to prioritise, whether what you’re doing is actually working, or if you’re wasting time on the wrong things. Our SEO Training Workshops give you the confidence, knowledge and resources to manage your own SEO properly.
These workshops are designed for small business owners, marketing managers and solo entrepreneurs who want to understand and manage their own SEO. You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you should already have a website up and running and some awareness that SEO exists and matters.

Our workshops cover everything you need to manage your own SEO effectively. We don’t just teach theory, we give you practical, actionable guidance you can implement straight away.
We also run separate sessions specifically for ecommerce businesses, covering product page optimisation, category structure, dealing with duplicate content and ecommerce-specific SEO challenges.

Understanding your site structure, fixing crawl errors, managing redirects and broken links

Writing proper page titles and meta descriptions, structuring headings correctly, using keywords naturally

Creating content that ranks, identifying content gaps, internal linking

Optimising for local searches, managing your Google Business Profile

Understanding Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and which KPIs actually matter

Improving page speed, mobile optimisation, user experience factors that affect rankings

Ethical approaches to building authority and visibility

Daily, weekly and monthly SEO tasks you should be doing
Our SEO Training is delivered over multiple sessions to give you time to absorb the information, ask questions and implement what you’ve learned.

Delivered bi-weekly (online or in-person in Plymouth), each session builds on the last. We keep group sizes small (typically 4-5 businesses) so everyone gets individual attention. We deliberately avoid putting competing businesses in the same session.

You’ll receive guides, checklists and templates you can use to manage your SEO long after the training ends. These resources are designed to be practical reference materials, not theoretical fluff.
We know what works for small businesses because we work with them every day. This isn’t corporate training designed for big companies with big budgets, it’s practical, hands-on guidance for businesses like yours. The six months of follow-up support means you’re not abandoned after the training.
To get the most from the training, you’ll need:
Don’t have Google Analytics or Search Console set up yet? We can help you get these configured before the workshop starts for £50. We recommend doing this at least one month before your training date so you have some data to work with.
After completing the workshop, you’ll have the confidence and knowledge to manage your own SEO. You’ll understand what you should be doing daily, weekly and monthly. You’ll know which metrics matter and which ones don’t. You’ll be able to spot problems on your website and know how to fix them.
SEO takes time. We always tell people to expect 3-6 months before seeing meaningful improvements in rankings and traffic. But you’ll see the benefits of better structure, clearer content and improved user experience much sooner.

SEO is time-consuming. It requires consistent effort. Many business owners start out wanting to do it themselves but eventually realize they’d rather focus on what they do best and let someone else handle the SEO. That’s completely fine. If you complete our training and decide you’d rather delegate, we offer ongoing SEO packages where we either support you doing it yourself or manage everything for you. There’s no pressure either way – we want you to make the right choice for your business.
Yes. We offer one-to-one SEO training for an additional cost. This gives you completely personalised training focused solely on your business and your specific challenges. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Training starts from £500 per person. This includes three bi-weekly training sessions, six months of monthly follow-up calls, and all resources, guides and checklists. Additional attendees from the same company are £100 per person. One-to-one training is available at different rates – contact us for details.
We run workshops based on demand, scheduling them once we have enough interested participants. To join the waiting list for the next available workshop, book a free discovery call with us. During the call, we’ll discuss your current SEO knowledge, what you’re hoping to achieve, and whether the training is right for you. If it sounds like a good fit, we’ll add you to our workshop waiting list and let you know as soon as the next session is scheduled.
