EV Experts is a showroom specialising in new and used electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids. The brief was to create a distinctive brand identity and an informative website that reflects the cool, tech-savvy nature of the electric vehicle industry.
We developed a logo and brand identity that features a striking “electric blue” colour palette. All of the stock images of cars are rendered in the brand’s signature blue with matching EV Experts number plates, providing a consistent and engaging visual experience.
We employed an eCommerce-style approach to list vehicles, including detailed specifications and model comparisons.
The website guides visitors through the benefits and features of electric vehicles, helping them choose the right model. It includes a bespoke postcode range calculator, allowing users to enter their postcode and see the average range of a return journey in an EV. Additionally, a comparison tool enables users to compare the specifications of up to three cars side-by-side.
b:web implemented a robust local SEO strategy to enhance their online visibility and attract customers from Surrey, Southwest London, Sussex, and Hampshire.
Keyword research: We conducted thorough keyword research to identify the most effective local search terms related to electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids. These keywords were strategically integrated into the website’s content, meta tags, and headings.
On-page SEO: We implemented HTML schema markup (structured data) across the website’s pages, providing search engines with enhanced information about the showroom’s location, services, and contact details.
