EBM is a UK-based company encompassing the brands Engage Customer, Engage Employee, Engage Martech, and Engage Sales. Additionally, Engage Awards serves as a promotional tool for EBM’s events and initiatives.
In a nutshell, EBM promotes valuable content and events across their sectors, generating revenue through content users, attendees, and sponsorship packages.
For over 8 years, we have designed and built websites for each of the Engage brands and awards. As innovators in technology and communications, EBM requires their websites to be continually managed and updated. Salesforce CRM integration: Integrating Salesforce tracking across EBM’s websites streamlined their CRM processes and enhanced data management. This integration automated data entry, reducing errors and saving time for the client’s sales and marketing teams.
Interactive forms: We customised each form to capture information tailored to the client’s business needs and previous responses. For instance, lead generation forms collected details such as company size and industry, while feedback forms gathered service ratings and comments. By mapping these forms to Salesforce’s data fields, we ensured that each submission was accurately recorded and categorised, giving the client a comprehensive view of customer interactions and preferences.
