Beresford Ward is an independent, family-run lettings agent based in Plymouth. Since 2000, they have been dedicated to looking after landlords’ interests, bringing a wealth of experience to the letting and property management market.
We began by creating a new logo, along with bespoke iconography and graphics designed to quickly establish a strong brand presence. These elements were paired with large, welcoming images to engage users and make the site approachable for prospective customers.
The new branding was heavily incorporated throughout the website, with custom iconography and badges that also look fantastic in their printed materials.
Understanding the paperwork involved in letting properties, we designed a clever cardboard folder to collate all necessary documentation. This folder included a conveniently mounted business card that could be easily removed and stored safely by clients.
We developed a bespoke plugin using the Rentman API feed to populate the website’s database. This solution allowed Beresford Ward to upload properties in a single location, automatically updating major property portals and their website. Our solution included options to edit and override core content, as well as manage the cache and frequency of updates.
