New Website for Ecoworks London

Mark Dearden has been working in heating engineering for over 40 years. In 2013 he founded Ecoworks London, an independent heating and plumbing specialist serving London and the Home Counties, built on quality installations and a genuine commitment to customer care. With a growing focus on energy-efficient solutions like air source heat pumps and A-rated boilers, Mark came to b:web to build a website that positioned Ecoworks as a forward-thinking leader in the field and brought in the right enquiries.

The challenge

Heat pumps and eco-friendly heating systems are complex technologies. Homeowners researching them are often anxious: will it work in my home, how much noise does it make, is it actually worth the cost? The website needed to carry Mark’s 40 years of authority without making any of that complexity feel intimidating.

The answer was a clean, modern site with real installation photography, jargon-free copy and service pages that educate rather than just list. Every page, from Mitsubishi and Vaillant heat pumps through to high-efficiency boilers, has its own dedicated content covering benefits, technical detail and guidance on government grants including the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. An FAQ module tackles the most common hesitations head-on, building confidence before anyone picks up the phone.

The results

The grant-focused content has been especially effective at reaching homeowners who are actively looking to upgrade rather than just browsing.
