Tuckwell Chase Lottery provides a vital income stream for hospices in London, Surrey and Hampshire.
We prominently displayed the charity’s mission and goals, making it clear how ticket purchases support the cause. The design prioritised user-friendliness with an intuitive layout for easy navigation, helping users find information, buy tickets, and complete transactions smoothly.
Opportunities for additional donations beyond ticket purchases were also offered to further support the cause. Additionally, we incorporated social proof by showcasing testimonials, past event highlights, and supporter endorsements to build trust and credibility.
The e-commerce store allows visitors to easily purchase tickets, make one-off or recurring donations, and buy gift vouchers. Additional features include a lottery number-checking tool and automated lottery result uploads, ensuring a seamless user experience.
To support the lottery management, we developed a custom WordPress plugin that integrates a lottery API for generating results and enables SMS notifications for winner announcements. The website was built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, with eCommerce functionalities powered by WooCommerce, Stripe, and WorldPay.
On a monthly basis, we help ensure that the website is visible on Google by analysing website data and tracking performance. This ongoing support focuses on optimising all aspects of the user journey to continually improve the site’s effectiveness and user experience.
