Chartahouse is a firm of Licensed Conveyancers (Property Lawyers) based in Plymouth, Devon. They approached us to redesign their outdated website and create a modern, approachable online presence. The new website needed to convey their various services in a clear, easy-to-understand manner while maintaining the firm’s established brand identity.
To make the site welcoming, we used family-friendly imagery that resonated with their target customers. The site’s simple, brochure-style layout made navigation intuitive, with important elements highlighted in either blue or red to guide users to key areas like services and calls to action.
We also integrated a section for client reviews, enhancing trust and credibility. Additionally, we connected the site with BrighterEstimates, a tool that allows users to quickly obtain free estimates, making the process even more user-friendly.
